Abamectin B2a 90% min

Abamectin B2a is an innovative product of Abamectin, specially used to kill nematode around knot-root of crops.

During Abamectin application, it is found that Abamectin is not only strong at controlling pest on leaves and branches above ground, but also to kill nematode around roots underground.

Abamectin B2a is also produced by fermentation. To get more Abamectin B2a, special strain is cultivated to produce more concentration B2a when Abamectin is producing, then through high technology to separate, concentrate and purify to get B2a of 90% minimum.

Pesticidal Mechanism of B2:  Abamectin B2a is a kind of nerve agent, which has special mechanism of action: it has effect on γ-amino butyric acid (GABA) system of insect synapses or neuromuscular synapses, then nerve terminals are motivated and emit GABA, which is a inhibitor of neurotransmission, and the C1 passageway of GABA gating is protractedly opened, so a large number of C1 swarming into C1 passageway, which lead to nerve membrane potential hyperpolarizing, and nerve membrane is in a status of inhibition, and the nerve impulse conductionis interdicted, therefore insects are paralyzed, refusal tofood and dead.
